How to reach us

The fastest way to reach a real person is email. Write to hello@slidetimerapp.com and we'll read every message ourselves — no ticket queue, no bot. Support, feedback, partnership ideas and press questions all land in the same inbox, so use that one address for anything.

Heads up: hello@slidetimerapp.com is a placeholder address while we finish setting up. If it bounces, check this page again — we'll update it the moment our live support address is live.

Reporting a bug

Bug reports help us fix things fast, and a few details save us a round of back-and-forth. When you email us, please include:

• Your Windows version — Windows 10 or Windows 11 (Settings › System › About if you're unsure).
• What happened — what you expected versus what SlideTimerApp actually did (for example, "the timer disappeared when I started Slide Show").
• Steps to reproduce — the exact clicks or keys that triggered it, so we can see the same thing on our machines.

A screenshot or short screen recording is gold if you can grab one. The more specific you are, the quicker we can ship a fix.

Requesting a feature

Lots of what's in SlideTimerApp started as someone's email. If there's a preset, shortcut, color or behaviour you wish it had, tell us — describe how you present and what would make your timer easier to use mid-talk. We can't build everything, but we read every request and they shape what we work on next.

How fast we reply

We answer most emails within 1-2 business days. We're an indie team in different time zones, so weekends and holidays can stretch that a little — if you haven't heard back after a few days, a gentle nudge is welcome and won't annoy us.

One honest note: support is email only. We don't have a phone line or live chat, which keeps the app free and lets us spend our time actually answering you instead of staffing a switchboard.
